During this stage I require at least some measurements and a few photographs of the wall and its surroundings. It is important to get an idea of the space; where windows, doors and furniture are placed and the most common angle of viewing.
It's also at this time I like to personally see the wall/room and meet the clients.

Maybe scaffolding is required, or any other special needs such as a check on the condition of the wall, does it need any special treatment, is the plaster dry?
A price is agreed upon and a date chosen… the metamorphosis can begin!
